A silk maxi dress with a pleated wrap bodice. The pleats cross the V neckline and gather at the center front under a handmade silk rose. From the rose, a ruffled cascade falls the length of the front slit. Thin straps hold a deep open V at the back, drawn into a twist at its base. The line is long and close through the body, opening at the front slit. Made for evenings, weddings and rooms with good light.

A smooth silk woven with a soft sheen on the face and a matte reverse. It falls close to the body, follows every fold and carries light along the length of the drape. It holds a pleat where it is gathered and lets go everywhere else. No stretch.
