Returns policy

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery.

It must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept pieces that show any sign of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume or self tanner.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@satorien.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault.

Faults reported within 3 months of purchase will be reviewed. After that, they are treated as normal wear.

1. Email hello@satorien.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the pieces you would like to return.
2. Tell us whether you would like a refund, an exchange or store credit.
3. For orders in the USA, we will email you a return label and instructions. For international orders, we will email you our return address.
4. Pack the pieces in their original packaging with all tags attached and send the parcel back to us.

Return postage is deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you when it is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

We do not provide return labels for international orders. Please send your return with a tracked service, at your own cost, to the address we email you.

You can choose a refund, an exchange or store credit, as with any order. All other terms on this page apply.
