Are your pieces made to order?

No. Every piece is kept in stock and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Will sold out styles come back?

Some styles may return, but we cannot promise a restock. Join our list to hear first when they do.

How do I find my size?

Use our Size Guide. The chart gives body measurements, not garment measurements. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations. If you are unsure about your size, email us before you order and we will help you choose.

How long does delivery take?

In the USA, Express takes 3 to 6 working days and costs $15, free on orders of $300 or more. Next Day takes 1 to 2 working days and costs $45.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide for a flat $30, with delivery in 5 to 10 working days. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery. See our Shipping policy for more.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all original tags attached. Email hello@satorien.com with your order number. For orders in the USA we send you a return label, and the return postage is deducted from your refund. International returns are sent back by you, at your own cost.
