Overview

This website is operated by Satorien. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Satorien. By visiting satorien.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to copy or resell any part of it without our written permission.

Products and pricing

Every piece is handmade in small batches, so small variations in finish are part of the work and are not faults. We try to show colours as accurately as we can, but colour may read differently across screens. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a piece, or correct an error in a price or description at any time, including after an order is placed. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before we charge you or we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price was listed in error, or when we suspect fraud. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to give accurate billing and contact details and to keep them up to date.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders within the USA are delivered duty free. For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Risk in an order passes to you when it is delivered.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, designs, the Satorien name and logo, belongs to Satorien or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.

Reviews, comments and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, photographs or other material, you give us permission to use, edit and publish them in any medium. You confirm that your submission does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Third party links and services

The site may link to or use services run by third parties, such as payment providers, carriers and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices or availability, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided as is and as available, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satorien is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Satorien harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
